Fairly OddParents: A New Wish
We are songwriters on the Fairly OddParents reboot for Nickelodeon and Netflix! True to the wacky and wonderful heritage of the franchise, the songs are performed by cast as part of the narrative in each episode and span a variety of genres. Here are a selection of our faves:
Fast & Furious Spy Racers
We collaborated on score and occasionally wrote songs for this Netflix Original action series based on the Fast & Furious film franchise. The music is BIG and interweaves needledrop-style trap beats with spy action orchestra and licensed music.
Not Quite Narwhal
We wrote all the music, apart from the theme song, for this DreamWorks original series commissioned by Netflix. The show is set in an organic magical land and the music is similarly tactile and intimate - featuring a family of ukuleles, acoustic guitar, pan flutes, cajon, and stacked vocal harmonies processed with modern pop music techniques.
Gabby’s Dollhouse
Gabby’s Dollhouse is the #3 series on Netflix globally! We are vocal producers on the show and marketing music producers for the series promotions and consumer products. We’ve worked on a bunch of fun things like a meditation album, Christmas album, and some dance remixes. One of our original Gabby songs even won an ASCAP award!
Not A Box
We co-wrote the theme to Apple TV’s Not A Box with Co-EP Mike Rabb! Lyrically the theme follows the story from the book by Antoinette Portis and instrumentally we had a lot of fun bringing in whimsical childlike instruments to match the handmade art style.
VeeFriends
VeeFriends is a web series co-created by Gary Vee and Moonbug Entertainment. We scored the 20 shorts (up here on YouTube Kids) but the highlight was co-writing the theme with Gary over Zoom. We read his book “Crush It” when we were starting our studio and are big believers in the message.
Baby Shark’s Big Show
We are freelance songwriters on this super cute and cartoony preschool series by Nickelodeon and Pinkfong!
Doug Unplugs
We wrote all the songs, apart from the theme song, and collaborated on score for the first joint production between DreamWorks and Apple TV. The songs lean electronic pop while the score wraps in orchestral textures and robotty sfx.
Cleopatra in Space
We collaborated on score for this lighthearted comedy action series produced by DreamWorks for Universal’s Peacock. The score runs an intergalactic gamut of electronic music genres blended with Egyptian instrumentation and epic orchestral battles.
Harvey Girls Forever
We provided song production and additional music/lyrics for DreamWorks Animation’s Harvey Girls Forever! Ryan produced electronic music across the series, including score for characters Lotta, Lucretia and the Horn-A-Corns, as well as songs for the show’s resident boy band, Crush4U.
